dal decreto 29 aprile 2022 del Ministro per le pari opportunit\u00e0 e la famiglia, a valere sulle risorse del \u201cFondo per le attivit\u00e0 di formazione propedeutiche all\u2019ottenimento della certificazione di parit\u00e0 di genere\u201d e sul Pr Fse+ 2021-2027.\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp align=\u0022left\u0022 certificazione \u00e8 di assicurare una maggiore qualit\u00e0 del lavoro femminile, promuovendo la trasparenza sui processi lavorativi nelle imprese, riducendo il divario retributivo di genere (gender pay gap) che indica la differenza tra il salario annuale medio percepito dalle donne e quello percepito dagli uomini, aumentando le opportunit\u00e0 di crescita in azienda e tutelando la
